The Boston University Alumni Network for Biotechnology serves those alumni who participate in the worldwide biotechnology and life sciences arena. The networks goal is to connect all BU alumni in every capacity (from developers to investors, newcomers to experienced veterans) in this fast growth industry to the University as well as to help you renew BU acquaintances and establish new ones. The annual signature event for this network since 2007 is a cocktail networking reception held in conjunction with the international Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) convention. These events and activities are organized in conjunction with the Office of Alumni Relations and the Office of Technology Development at Boston University.
As a graduate of Boston University interested in or working in biotechnology and life sciences, you are automatically a member of the network. Parents and friends of the University are welcome to join us as well. There are no membership fees or dues. It is up to you to determine your level of involvement.
The success of the BU Alumni Biotechnology Affinity Network depends on you. We welcome your ideas and input and encourage your participation. You can keep abreast of network happenings through this website as well as by joining our online community to receive announcements by e-mail.
